Ordering online gives you instant access to your sales receipt via email for confirmation of your order, better ability to view the status of past orders through your registered account, and fast order processing.

Tracking your order: Your order will ship one of 2 ways or a combination of ways: FedEx or by Common Carrier. You will generally receive notification via email that your item has shipped. Many times Spam blocking programs will catch the tracking email. Please check your spam folders if you have not received a tracking email. The shipment will have originated from FEDERAL EXPRESS OR VIA FREIGHT TRUCK. Once shipped, most orders will arrive within 2-5 business days (this does not include weekends, holidays or severe weather conditions).

Please allow 8-12 hours after you receive shipping confirmation to track your order.

FedEx Tracking:

If you received a tracking # that looks similar to this - 027239110054736 - (Notice no letters and 15 numbers) that is a Federal Express Tracking #. Goto Federal Express and enter the numbers we gave you. Click here to Access Fed Ex.

LTL or Freight Truck Tracking:

We will email you a PRO #, as well as Carrier, with this information, you can go to the freight company’s respective web site or call them directly to track your shipment.

Credit

Business and government customers may complete, print and fax a simple credit application to set up Net 30 Credit Terms. Please also include any Purchase Order requests with application for quicker fulfillment once approved.  Once the application has been approved (approx. 4 days after receiving), you will receive a call and a follow-up letter stating approval status at which time National Fan Company will process your Purchase Order.
